Mission & Vision
The business is a tour operator that offers tours all over Thailand. There are many different types of trips available, from the north to the south, mountains to the sea, capital cities to shopping and dining, and cultural tours of temples and monasteries. The main customer base is foreign, with about 20-30% being Thai. The owners are a husband and wife team who are very passionate about their work. They lead the tours themselves and take great care of their customers, paying attention to even the smallest details. The service is excellent and customers love it, which has resulted in a lot of word-of-mouth marketing. However, they do not do any online marketing and there is a limit to the number of customers they can take on because customers do not like it if someone else leads the tour. If the number of customers increases, they may not be able to lead every tour themselves.
